Honor Code

This course is a single-user subscription and is non-transferable. By accessing materials provided by Safety Mentor, you agree to the following Honor Code:

• I certify that I am the person whose name appears on the account and that I am entitled to complete this coursework.
• I commit that I will not share access or my password for this course with anyone else.
• I commit to obey all copyright laws and will not share, sell, reproduce, transmit, or use Safety Mentor content—including, but not limited to, any form of media.
• I commit that I will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of Safety Mentor.

Violation of these standards and conduct immediately revokes all earned Safety Mentor CEUs and removal from the Safety Mentor System. Violations of codes of ethical conduct are subject to notification of credentialing boards and membership associations and may result in legal action.

How to Use Our Product

The course is provided as a self-paced, online training program. During an active subscription period, learners may access the course materials at their convenience and progress through the content at their own pace.

Learners are solely responsible for monitoring their course progress, completion status, and assessment scores within the platform. Safety Mentor does not monitor, track, or provide individual notifications regarding learner progress, incomplete modules, assessment performance, or course completion status.

Access to the course, including all associated progress data and assessment results, is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription. If a subscription lapses, expires, or is terminated for any reason, access to the course will cease, and previously recorded progress, scores, and completion data may not be retained. In the event of a subsequent repurchase, the learner may be required to restart the course from the beginning.

Subscription and Renewal Terms

This product is offered on an automatically renewing subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Safety Mentor to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method at the time of purchase and at each renewal period thereafter.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our cancellation procedures. Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not result in a refund for any current or prior subscription period unless otherwise required by law.
