How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please complete the following steps:

1. Go to mymentor.safetymentor.com

2. Click the "Login" button in the top right corner.

3. Click "Forgot Password?"

4. Type your username or email address then click "Reset Password".

5. Follow the steps in the email you receive to finish resetting your password.
