I tried to purchase a course but my payment didn't go through. What do I do?

If your payment did not go through, please contact support@safetymentor.com for assistance.

You can also check the following:

  • Check your email (including your spam or junk folder) for a purchase receipt.

  • Log in to your MyMentor account and check your "My Courses" section to see if the course appears.

  • Review your bank or credit card statement to confirm whether a charge was posted.
