What do I do if an enrollment key isn't working?

If your enrollment key isn’t working, please try the following steps:

  1. Double-check for typos – enrollment keys are case-sensitive.

  2. Copy and paste the key directly if it was shared digitally, to avoid errors.

  3. Make sure you’re using the key for the correct course.
